About us ...

Well hello there!...

I'm Jo and  and I created our Mexican kitchen in 2017.

In a nutshell (or perhaps an avocado skin?), we sprung from my passion for authentic Mexican food (Strictly MexMex flavours …no Tex Mex here!) along with my

longstanding love affair with cheese.

I spent 15 years living in Mexico, where I learned about, cooked and ate A LOT of Mexican food.

What we do ...

We recreate traditional Mexican flavours with fresh ingredients, to bring scrummy street food quesadillas, tacos and snacks, straight from our kitchen to your kitchen table, event or festival food tray!  

Our food is a modern take on the traditional Mexican eating experience, but always based on authentic recipes ... just as people in Mexico would eat them, on the street, at markets or in their homes.

All our food is homemade, fresh from scratch.!

We buy our 100% corn and gluten free tortillas, as well

as our authentic herbs and chillies from a London

based Mexican supplier.

We don’t allow preservatives, MSG or any other rubbish to creep into our food. We choose our suppliers carefully and only buy quality meat poultry and vegetables. We aim to use plastic as little as possible, so all our food trays and containers are 100% compostable or recyclable. We minimise plastic packaging on our ingredients  as much as possible by sourcing from local grocers, butchers and markets.
